The Moroccan Government has developed plan AZUR for Morocco’s tourist development. The best natural and scenic enclave in the Moroccan Mediterranean coast, located in “SAÏDIA”, has been included in this plan.

This Project was opened up to public tender by the Moroccan Government, with numerous top-level property developers participating. The project was finally put in the hands of the Spanish developer FADESA.
